By accessing or using helpdeskai.ai (the "Service") operated by Nava Software Support & Services Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HelpDeskAI is a technical support ticket management system that enables users to submit, track, and resolve support requests related to SCO Unix systems and related products.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Harass or abuse support staff or other users
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nava Software Support & Services Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service (tickets, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVA SOFTWARE SUPPORT & SERVICES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
